I can’t believe that Charlie is 1 today.
It seems like just yesterday that we added his “1 month” picture to this frame. It looked so barren with 11 more spaces to fill. Now, we have just one photo left to add…

I’m going to leave the 12 month photo as a cliff hanger. Mostly because I am anxious to wish him a happy birthday on my blog and also because we haven’t taken the photo yet. We usually take the monthly birthday shot after his morning nap. I’ll definitely update the post with the additional photo.
For now, I would like to wish my amazing and incredible son the happiest of happy birthdays. You have brought me so much joy over the past year. I never knew I could love as much as you have allowed me to. You teach me something new everyday. Along with laughter, pride, and happiness, you bring meaning into my life. Thank you for being the miracle that you are. You have humbled me beyond words.
Happy birthday, Charlie!! I remember first meeting you in your infant car seat on the first day of Mommy and Me when you were about 2 months old… I have loved watching you grow an adorable little personality. We can’t wait to celebrate many birthdays to come with you!!
